These General Terms and Conditions of Sale regulate the purchase and sale of products offered in the online store accessible via https://www.nomadas247.com —hereinafter, the "Store"—, owned by Iván Fandiño Dovalo —hereinafter, "Nómadas 24/7"—.
The acquisition of any product available in the Store implies the acceptance of these conditions.

2. APPLICABLE REGULATIONS
The electronic contract is concluded in accordance with Spanish and European legislation and, specifically, with:
- Law 34/2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.
- Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulation.
- Organic Law 3/2018, on Personal Data Protection and guarantee of digital rights.
- Any other applicable regulations.
The language used to formalize the contract will be Spanish.
These conditions can be saved or printed using the browser's usual functions and must be accepted before completing the purchase.
3. PRODUCTS
Nómadas 24/7 sells clothing, accessories, and other textile products, including certain items manufactured or customized on demand.
The main characteristics, sizes, colors, composition, price, and other relevant information are shown on each product's page.
The photographs attempt to represent the products as accurately as possible. However, there may be slight color differences caused by the screen, lighting, materials, or printing process.
In items made or finished using manual processes, small variations may occur that do not affect their quality or functionality.
4. PURCHASE PROCESS
To purchase from Nómadas 24/7, the customer must follow these steps:
- Select the desired products, indicating size, color, quantity, and other available options.
- Add the products to the cart.
- Review the items, quantities, and prices.
- Enter contact, shipping, and billing information.
- Select a shipping method.
- Choose one of the available payment methods.
- Review the total price and accept these conditions.
- Confirm the order using the button indicating that the purchase entails an obligation to pay.
Before confirming the order, the customer can review and correct the entered data.
Once payment is completed, you will receive an automatic email with order details. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us at nomadas247@gmail.com.
Order data will be registered for the legally required periods. If the customer has an account, they can consult the information maintained by the platform.
5. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to product availability.
If, after confirming a purchase, an item is found to be unavailable, we will contact the customer to offer, when possible:
- Waiting for its replenishment.
- Choosing an alternative product.
- Canceling the item or order.
If a product that has already been paid for is canceled, its amount will be refunded using the same payment method used in the purchase.
6. PRICES AND TAXES
All prices shown in the Store are expressed in euros and include applicable VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be shown separately before confirming the purchase.
Nómadas 24/7 may modify its prices at any time. Changes will not affect previously confirmed orders.
If a manifest error in the price or description of a product is detected after an order is received, we will inform the customer as soon as possible. The customer may confirm the purchase with the correct information or cancel the order and receive a full refund of the amounts paid.
7. PAYMENT METHODS
Payment will be made using the options available during the purchase process, which may include:
- Credit or debit card via Shopify Payments and its providers.
- PayPal.
- Other methods enabled and shown on the payment screen.
Operations are processed through secure payment gateways. Nómadas 24/7 does not store or have access to the complete data of the cards used.
The order may be suspended or canceled if payment is rejected, cannot be verified, or there are reasonable indications of fraud or unauthorized use.
8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
The available destinations, methods, prices, and estimated delivery times will be shown during the purchase process.
Shipping to Peninsular Spain
Shipments are usually managed by Correos or another contracted transport company.
The estimated delivery time is between 3 and 5 working days from when the order leaves our facilities.
International and European shipping
The delivery time and cost will depend on the destination country and will be shown during the purchase process.
The indicated times are estimates. Unless another term is expressly agreed, the order will be delivered within the maximum legally established period.
For personalized or made-to-order products, the preparation time indicated on the product sheet or in the corresponding quote must be added.
The customer must provide a complete and correct address. Nómadas 24/7 will not be responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect data, repeated absences, or circumstances attributable to the recipient.
If the package shows evident damage during transport, we recommend noting it on the carrier's delivery note and reporting it as soon as possible to nomadas247@gmail.com, attaching photographs of the product and packaging.
The absence of this immediate communication does not eliminate the consumer's legal rights.
9. SIZE OR PRODUCT CHANGES
Currently, changes are managed by returning the original product and placing a new order.
To change a size, color or product:
- Request a return by writing to nomadas247@gmail.com.
- Return the product following the instructions received.
- Place a new order with the desired size or product.
The new order can be placed at any time. Nómadas 24/7 cannot reserve products while awaiting receipt of a return.
10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer has 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to communicate their wish to withdraw from the purchase, without needing to justify their decision.
To exercise this right, you must write to nomadas247@gmail.com, indicating:
- Name used in the order.
- Order number.
- Product or products you wish to return.
You can also use the withdrawal form included at the end of these conditions.
You must not send any product without having previously contacted Nómadas 24/7 and received the instructions and return address.
Once the withdrawal is communicated, the customer will have a maximum of 14 calendar days to send the product.
11. CONDITIONS OF RETURNED PRODUCTS
Products must be returned:
- Unwashed.
- Unused beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics or size.
- Without stains, odors, hairs or damage.
- With their original tags and packaging, if possible.
- Properly protected for transport.
The consumer will be responsible for any decrease in value caused by handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
In that case, Nómadas 24/7 may proportionally reduce the refund amount and will inform the customer of this.
12. COST OF RETURN
In voluntary returns resulting from the right of withdrawal, the customer will bear the direct cost of return shipping.
You can use Correos or another transport company. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage until the process is complete.
The product will be the customer's responsibility until it reaches our facilities. Nómadas 24/7 is not responsible for returns sent to an incorrect address or whose delivery cannot be verified.
When the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, Nómadas 24/7 will bear the necessary costs to resolve it.
13. CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products manufactured or customized specifically according to customer instructions, such as garments with a name, logo, text, or expressly requested design.
This exception does not apply when the product arrives defective, damaged, or does not correspond to the agreed characteristics.
Normal garments belonging to Nómadas 24/7 collections can be returned in accordance with these conditions, even if they incorporate the brand's own prints or designs.
14. REFUNDS
Once the return is received and reviewed, we will inform the customer by email.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless the customer expressly agrees to another method.
The refund will be made within the legal period of 14 days from when the customer communicates their decision to withdraw. However, Nómadas 24/7 may withhold it until the products are received or until the customer provides proof of shipment, whichever condition is met first.
When the complete order is returned, the costs corresponding to the standard delivery method offered by Nómadas 24/7 will also be refunded.
Additional costs incurred by choosing a more expensive shipping method than standard delivery will not be refunded.
When only part of the order is returned, the initial shipping costs will not be refunded if their amount would have been the same retaining the remaining products.
The time it takes for the credit to appear in the account will depend on the bank or payment provider.
15. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR INCORRECT ORDER
If the customer receives a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, they must write to nomadas247@gmail.com indicating:
- Name and order number.
- Description of the incident.
- Photographs of the product and packaging.
You must not send the product before receiving our instructions.
When the incident is the responsibility of Nómadas 24/7, we will cover the necessary expenses and offer the legally appropriate solution, at no cost to the consumer.
16. LEGAL GUARANTEE
New products are covered by a legal conformity guarantee of three years from their delivery, when the buyer is a consumer.
In case of non-conformity, the consumer will be entitled, as legally applicable, to repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination of the contract.
These measures will be free of charge for the consumer when the incident is covered by the legal guarantee.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear from use.
- Damage caused by accidents, negligence, or improper use.
- Failure to follow washing and care instructions.
- Alterations or repairs made by the customer or third parties.
- Deterioration reasonably attributable to the passage of time.
Small variations inherent in manual processes that do not affect the quality or functionality of the product will not necessarily be considered a lack of conformity.
17. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
The designs, photographs, texts, illustrations, logos, trade names, and other content of the Store belong to Nómadas 24/7 or are used with authorization from their owners.
The purchase of a product does not imply the transfer of intellectual or industrial property rights over its designs.
Reproduction, modification, commercialization, or use of these contents without prior authorization is not permitted, except in cases legally allowed.
18. DATA PROTECTION
Personal data provided during the purchase process will be processed to manage the order, payment, billing, shipping, returns, and customer service.

20. LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
These conditions will be governed by Spanish law.
When the customer is a consumer, any dispute will be submitted to the courts and tribunals that correspond according to the applicable regulations, respecting the legal jurisdiction of their domicile.
When the buyer acts as a businessperson or professional and the law allows it, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Pontevedra.
21. MODIFICATION OF CONDITIONS
Nómadas 24/7 may update these conditions to adapt them to legal, technical, or activity-related changes.
The version applicable to each purchase will be the one published and accepted at the time of placing the order.
