Returns and Refunds
At Nómadas 24/7, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Return period: 14 days from receipt of the product (according to European regulations).
Products eligible for return:
- Standard non-customized products in perfect condition, unused and with original tags
- Defective products or manufacturing errors
Products NOT eligible for return:
- Personalized products (with custom designs or text chosen by the customer)
- Products showing signs of use or washing
- Products without original packaging
Return process:
- Contact us at nomadas247@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for our confirmation and return address
- Send the product in its original packaging
Return costs:
- The customer bears the return shipping costs, except in case of defective product or our error
- For international shipments, the customer is responsible for any customs fees on the return
Refund:
- We process refunds within 5-10 business days after receiving and verifying the returned product
- The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except in case of defective product)
Defective products: If you receive a defective product or printing errors, contact us within the first 48 hours with photos of the issue. We will replace the product at no additional cost.
